Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Delivery in Italy takes place between 2 and 10 working days, from the moment the package leaves the warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays); for the rest of the world, however, delivery takes between 2 and 15 working days (excluding weekends).

When the package is shipped from the warehouses, the customer receives an email to communicate the update of the order status as "completed" and the shipping confirmation containing a link to click on to track the delivery (which normally takes place check between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday). Hours may vary by geographic area.
We advise the customer to periodically check the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes.
